I want to take a moment to personally welcome you as a new client with WGSD Virtual Assistant Services, LLC. As we start on this journey together and set up for our success, please take some time to complete this Honey Do List – we can’t get started on growing your business without it. WGSD is committed to providing the very best service to you as your Ads Manager, and it is my personal number one goal to treat your business like my own. Welcome to the WGSD Client Family, and if there is anything I can do to make our working relationship better I would love to hear from you.

  • Please provide the Team or Social Media Name you would like on your Social Media Profile Pages if you work under a franchised name that can not be used.
  • Note: If you do not yet have a Website and are needing one, please let us know, we have an AMAZING dedicated Wordpress Website Designer and dedicated Hosting & Security options on WP Engine.
  • If you do, please provide the login in the additional comments at the end of this form.
  • If you do not yet have a Google Business Listing and are in need of one, please indicate so here. Note that is an additional fee. Please be advised that in some cases we have already discussed this and this pricing may be included in your quote already
  • Please Note this is necessary for me to do my job and you ALWAYS have the option of removing me at your will. Your accounts are ALWAYS owned by you.
  • Please Include any Brand Information, Font Styles, Hex Codes or Pantone Colors that you utilize in your Brand.
  • Please Provide your Logo, Larger is better and can always be reduced. Again, no PDF's please, they will not work for this.

Please Note this is Paid Directly to Google through your Ad Account and will require a payment method on file in your Ad Account. This is in ADDITION to your agreed upon fee paid to WGSD for Ad creation and management services).
    • Please describe in as much detail as possible what your product and/or service is AND what is special about your offer/product/service.
    • Who are your top 3 competitors?
    • Is there anything UNIQUE about your product or service as compared to your competitors? What makes your company/service/offering of Value to a potential client that your competition does not have?
    • What was the specific reason or trigger in your life that made you create this product or service?
    • Please describe your ideal customer in as much detail as possible.
    • Do you know how much a customer is worth to you? What is the value of that customer? How much can you make off of that customer?
    • Please Upload (in Excel or CSV Format) any client lists, leads from your funnel that will serve as a good "audience" for your ads. This helps us to create additional targeting for your ads
