Hi There! Lisa Spampinato here – (I know, that’s a BIG name, but that’s ok because it kind of suits my personality.) I am the Founder and Chick in Charge at WGSD Virtual Assistant Services, LLC. I like to say that we are Efficiently Creative and Creatively Efficient with a “We Get Stuff Done” attitude! I am a New York Transplant in a Michigan world living my best life with my wonderful family, furbabies, and friends and doing what I love! Prior to starting a family and running a busy household, I worked for several graphic design houses on Long Island (New York) and then ran an in-house graphics department while assisting with Executive Admin and Clerical duties in a shared Mortgage Company/Appraisal Office space. As the need for In-House Graphics declined I maintained my usefulness (and my job at the time) by becoming an Executive Assistant and eventually moving on to help manage a busy Real Estate Appraisal Business. Once my husband and I started our family, we moved to beautiful Michigan where I started my own Personal Chef/Catering business. I have recently retired from that successful almost 20 year career and decided that although my back needed a break – my brain did not – I still crave being creative, useful and helpful – it’s just part of who I am. I am by nature a problem solver and always looking for a way to get things done in the best possible way and with the best possible results – thus WGSD Virtual Assistant Services was born.

After having been the “Hand of The Queen” to an AMAZING Website Design business virtually since 2015 (yes – that was totally a “Game of Thrones” reference – I am a total Geek Girl and proud of it), I decided that being a Virtual Assistant checks all the boxes for me – I am a super sleuth organizational freak with a need to help and know all – I help and I know things….. yep, another “GOT ”reference – just checking to see if you are paying attention.

I am always learning new applications, platforms and systems – knowledge helps me and it helps my clients. I believe that everything is “figureoutable”. If there is something that I personally do not do or have experience with, I have a wonderful team of resources and additional independent sources to get the job done. Utilizing tried and true as well as innovative new methods of standardizations, WGSD helps clients to accomplish their goals in an effective, timely, creative, and professional manner. With over 25 years personally of combined Creative, Admin, Clerical, Business, Project Management, Social Media, and Event Planning experience, a BFA in Graphic Design, and almost 20 years of running my own successful business, WGSD will give you back your time so you can focus on what YOU do best while I focus on what I do best for YOU.
